We are pleased to announce an important update regarding the distribution of the Amana Commercial, Menumaster and XpressChef brands in Brazil.

As part of our commitment to delivering the best possible service and support, we are excited to share that we are partnering with a new distributor, Coldmix, effective April 1, 2026.

This strategic transition will provide a stronger market focus and improved customer experience. We assure you that this change will not impact the quality, availability, or pricing of the products you receive from us. Our commitment to your satisfaction remains our top priority.

As part of the transition, we have agreed that all products sold by Middleby would have warranty support through Middleby, and that all products sold by Coldmix would have warranty support through Coldmix. All ACP customers who have purchased Amana Commercial, Menumaster, or XpressChef products have the option to proceed with service and support under Coldmix and are not obligated to revert to Middleby.
