6 oz fresh Alaskan salmon 8 oz garbanzo beans 2 Tbsp olive oil 1/2 onion chopped pinch paprika pinch salt/pepper

1. Place garbanzo beans and onion in food processor and pulse. 2. Add olive oil and paprika until chunky smooth texture. 3. Remove from food processor and season with salt and pepper. 4. Place salmon on tray with parchment paper and spread garbanzo paste over salmon.
