CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa — ACP, Inc., an industry leader in accelerated cooking technology, announced sales team updates designed to deepen customer support, strengthen regional sales coverage and further integrate culinary expertise into product development, training and commercial activities.

“As customer needs continue to evolve, ACP is focused on combining product innovation with practical culinary insight and strong field support,” said Meghan Hurst, ACP President. “Chris and Heidi each bring valuable expertise and customer focus to their expanded roles, helping us better support operators, dealers and partners across the market.”

Chris Bugher has been promoted to Manager – Eastern Region Sales and Corporate Chef.

Bugher joined ACP in May 2025, bringing extensive culinary talent and knowledge along with a record of global accomplishments and awards. Since joining the company, he has demonstrated strong culinary skills, presented ACP products with confidence and served as a collaborative team member. In his expanded role, Bugher will serve as ACP’s Corporate Chef and primary culinary ambassador while continuing to support commercial sales activity in the Eastern region.

Heidi Connors’ role has expanded to Director – Central Region Sales and Key Accounts.

Connors has been with ACP since 2020 and has helped drive sales growth in key accounts and thriving QSR chains. In her expanded role, she will add field sales responsibilities, including management of the Central Region, while continuing to support key account growth.

The sales team changes are effective September 1, 2026.
