Buttermilk Banana Bread

Ingredients
- Ripe bananas – 3 ea.
- Butter, softened – ½ cup (113 g)
- Sugar – 1 cup (200 g)
- Buttermilk – 4 tbsp. (60 mL)
- Baking soda – 1 tsp. (4.6 g)
- Eggs – 2 ea.
- Flour – 2 cups (250 g)
- Chopped pecans – ½ cup (50 g)
- Salt – 1/8 tsp. (0.8 g)
Steps

Step 1
Cream butter and sugar.

Step 2
Add bananas and mix well.

Step 3
Add eggs and continue mixing.

Step 4
Add baking soda that has been dissolved in buttermilk.

Step 5
Finally, add flour and salt and fold in nuts.

Step 6
Grease loaf pan before adding the batter.

Step 7
Pour approximately 1lb of batter per pan.

Step 8
Place pans into MXP.
