Chicken and Vegetable Kabobs

Ingredients
- Chicken breast – cut in 1” (2.5 cm) squares, ¼” (0.6 cm) thick
- Green and red peppers – cut into 1” (2.5cm) squares
- Onions – cut into 1” (2.5cm) squares
- Olive oil spray
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Stages
- 
                                Stage 1- Time: 1:00
- Microwave Power: 90%
- Fan Speed: 30%
 
- 
                                Stage 2- Time: :30
- Microwave Power: 40%
- Fan Speed: 20%
 
Procedure
1. Alternate chicken and vegetables on kabob (4 chicken pieces on stick).
2. Spray kabob with olive oil and place on preheated panini accessory.
3. Heat at 520°F following the stage settings above.
