Chicken and Vegetable Kabobs

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast – cut in 1” (2.5 cm) squares, ¼” (0.6 cm) thick
  • Green and red peppers – cut into 1” (2.5cm) squares
  • Onions – cut into 1” (2.5cm) squares
  • Olive oil spray
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Stages

Stage 1

  • Time: 1:00
  • Microwave Power: 90%
  • Fan Speed: 30%

Stage 2

  • Time: :30
  • Microwave Power: 40%
  • Fan Speed: 20%

Procedure

1. Alternate chicken and vegetables on kabob (4 chicken pieces on stick).

2. Spray kabob with olive oil and place on preheated panini accessory.

3. Heat at 520°F following the stage settings above.
