Pepperoni Pizza (fresh dough)

Ingredients

  • Fresh pizza dough – 1 lb. (450 g)
  • Tomato sauce – 1 cup (240 mL)
  • Pepperoni – 18 slices
  • Shredded mozzarella – 1 ½ cup (120 g)
  • Shredded parmesan – 2 tbsp. (11 g)
  • Olive oil – 2 tbsp. (30 mL)

Steps

  • Step 1

    Roll out fresh pizza dough to 12” (36 cm) circle and place on parchment paper.

  • Step 2

    Spread tomato sauce and top with cheese.

  • Step 3

    Add pepperoni slices.

  • Step 4

    Drizzle olive oil over the top of the pizza.

  • Step 5

    Place pizza in MRX preheated to 520°F.

  • Step 6

    Heat pizza in 2 stages.

  • Step 7

    Serve immediately.
