Pepperoni Pizza (fresh dough)

Ingredients
- Fresh pizza dough – 1 lb. (450 g)
- Tomato sauce – 1 cup (240 mL)
- Pepperoni – 18 slices
- Shredded mozzarella – 1 ½ cup (120 g)
- Shredded parmesan – 2 tbsp. (11 g)
- Olive oil – 2 tbsp. (30 mL)
Steps

Step 1
Roll out fresh pizza dough to 12” (36 cm) circle and place on parchment paper.

Step 2
Spread tomato sauce and top with cheese.

Step 3
Add pepperoni slices.

Step 4
Drizzle olive oil over the top of the pizza.

Step 5
Place pizza in MRX preheated to 520°F.

Step 6
Heat pizza in 2 stages.
