Ingredients
- 1 eggplant
 - 1 zucchini
 - 8oz halloumi cheese
 - 4 tbsp olive oil
 - 2 oz garlic
 - 1 oz oregano
 - 1 oz basil
 - 10 oz hummus
 - wraps
 
Steps

Step 1
Marinate vegetables and halloumi cheese in olive oil, garlic, oregano, basil and parsley

Grill vegetables and cheese in XpressChef 3i beforehand for 1:30 at 475°F
