Ingredients
Crust:
84g (1 cup) graham cracker crumbs
56.2g (1/4 cup) unsalted butter, melted
1 Tbsp Sugar
Filling:
227g cream cheese
145g (3/4 cup) granulated sugar
4 large eggs
1 Tbsp cornstarch
1/2 tsp salt
1 Tbsp vanilla

Procedure
To make crust:
1. Mix the cracker crumbs, butter and sugar until evenly moistened.
2. Place crumb mixture onto a 23cm (9-inch) spring form pan and press mixture.
3. Bake the crust in MXP520. Let it cool and store in refrigerator until ready to use.
