170g fresh Alaskan salmon 57g fresh mango 1 Tbsp butter salt/white pepper

Procedure

1. Position salmon on half of paper then place pieces of fresh mango on top. 2. Sprinkle with salt and white pepper then dot with pieces of butter. 3. Seal parchment envelope, leaving a small opening at the pointed end. 4. Place on sheet pan and cook.
