9 large shrimps (peeled, deveined)
3 cloves of garlic
1/2 red onion
1/2 cup cilantro
1 lemon, 2 Tbsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 red bell pepper (cut in 12 pieces)
3 skewers (previously soaked in water for 30 min)
Microwave Power: 30%
Fan Speed: 70%
1. Marinate Shrimp with chopped garlic, onion, salt, cilantro, lemon, and pepper for one hour.
2. Alternate bell pepper and shrimp.
3. Each skewer has three large shrimp and two pieces of red pepper.
